Floradix Iron + plants is a liquid food supplement made from plants, fruit juice concentrates, iron and vitamins.

Iron and vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C contribute to reduce fatigue and thus help to keep energy and vitality.

Floradix Iron + Plants offers improved iron assimilation thanks to the synergy with vitamin C as well as the absence of the typical effects of iron products (constipation) thanks to the plant extracts that promote digestion.

Floradix Iron + Herbs is ideal for the whole family, but especially for women, expectant and young mothers, children and teenagers, dieters and vegetarians, elderly people and sportsmen.

Composition:
Plant decoction (54%): Carrots (Daucus carota), Nettle (Urticadioica), Spinach (Spinacia oleracea), Quackgrass (Agropyron repens), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), Brown seaweed (Macrocystis pyrifera), Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa)

Mixture of concentrated fruit juices (29.4%) of : Pear, Grape, Gooseberry juice, Water, Blackberry, Cherry, Orange, Beetroot, Lemon, Carob extract, Apple.

Aqueous yeast extract, HoneyRose hip extract (Rosa canina) with 4% vitamin C, Iron gluconate, Wheat germ extract, Vitamin C, Natural flavours, Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, Maltodextrin.

Sanalcohol, preservative, colouring, artificial flavouring, lactose.

Indications
Helps to reduce fatigue.
Herbal extracts to aid digestion.

Use:
Adults and children from 12 years of age: 7.5 ml twice a day approximately 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner.
Children 6 - 12 years: 10 ml per day.
Children 3 - 5 years: 5 ml per day.

In case of greater needs (pregnancy, breastfeeding, sport), the daily dosage can be doubled on the advice of the doctor or midwife.

Coffee, tea, tetracyclines, antacids, dairy products, vitamin E decrease the absorption of iron. That is why it is recommended to wait 2 hours after taking one of these substances before taking Floradix Iron + Plants.
