Use:
Internal use: this preparation being very concentrated, 1 to 2 drops per day morning or evening are sufficient for a recommended 21-day cure. To be consumed pure, mixed with 1 spoonful of honey or diluted in a little water. For an optimal bio-energetic effect, place for a moment under the tongue.

Local use: apply 1 drop to the area concerned using a cotton bud or directly with your finger. Repeat the application 3 times a day if necessary.
