Use:
For easier access to the root of the lashes, close the eyelid and pull the skin slightly upwards with a finger over the eyebrow
Starting from the centre of the eye and drawing outwards and then inwards makes it easier to achieve a perfect line.

Little advice: On a small mobile eyelid, prefer a thin line. The higher the mobile eyelid, the wider the line can be.
