Meadowsweet(Filipendula ulmaria, flowering top), Ash(Fraxinus excelsior, leaf), Nettle(Urtica dioica, leaf), Blackcurrant(Ribes nigrum, leaf), Sage (Salvia officinalis, leaf).
- Put 1 teaspoon in a cup of boiling water.
- Leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
- Drink 3 cups a day, preferably before meals.
If you wish to sweeten your herbal tea, add some honey.
