This synergy contains lemon, sweet orange and bitter orange peels, cinnamon, star anise and cloves.
Composition:
Cinnamon, star anise, cloves, lemon peel, sweet orange peel, bitter orange peel.
Preparation
You will need
: 75 cl of red wine (Anjou red for example), 2 cl of cognac, 150 g of brown sugar and an orange.
Mix the wine and the sugar and leave to simmer over a medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add 40 g of the preparation, the cognac, and heat over low heat for 20 minutes without boiling.
Place a few diced oranges in each glass.
Strain and serve.
The mulled wine is drunk very hot!
