Properties :
- Relieves the vocal cords.
- Relieves coughs, colds and rhinitis.

- Elderberry syrup, obtained by concentrating fresh elderberry juice, clears the voice.
- The alder bud calms throat irritations.
Dosage:
Drink 1 to 5 teaspoons per day for 3 weeks
