Usage:
Start with one teaspoon per day.
Mix well in a glass of water.
If necessary, gradually increase the dose in stages over several days.
It is up to each person to find his or her optimal dose, up to 3 or 4 tablespoons per day (30 grams).
Precautions for use:
Psyllium is not a food supplement. It cannot replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children.
