Use:
Turn the bottle upside down to homogenize it. Take 15 minutes before bedtime.
Children 3-6: 1 teaspoon/day.
+6 years: 1 teaspoon per dose up to 2 times a day.
Adults: 2 teaspoons per dose up to 3 times a day.
