Description:
Growing wild in the Mediterranean region, rosemary is a very popular plant, Rosmarinus officinalisis a shrub of the Lamiaceae family (Labiatae). It has many phytopharmaceutical virtues, but it is also a condiment herb and a honey plant (the honey rosemary is very famous), as well as a product frequently used in perfumery

Its name means in Latin, word for word, "sea dew" because it grows spontaneously by the sea, but according to the evangelical tradition "Rosemary" means "Mary's Rose".

- Neuromuscular action, muscle relaxant.
- Lipolytic.
- Anticatarrhal, mucolytic.

Use:
Dermal :
A few drops of this essential oil combined withvegetable oil hazelnut should be applied several times a day to the affected areas.

Recipe:
For muscle cramps, apply locally 2 drops ofessential oil rosemary with 2 drops ofessential oil of wintergreen and 10 drops ofhazelnut vegetable oil.

Special precautions :
Not recommended in case of high blood pressure or epilepsy - Keep out of reach of young children - This product is not a substitute for a balanced diet - Do not exceed the recommended dose - Unless advised by a doctor or pharmacist, do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding and in children under 3 years of age - Keep away from heat and light.
