Ashwagandha(Withania somnifera), or Indian Ginseng, is an adaptogen plant: it helps the body to adapt to unusual and stressful situations
Its name means horse power in Sanskrit, as this plant was said to increase physical and mental energy. Its content of withanolides and acetasterylglucosides makes it particularly interesting.
Usage
Take 1 teaspoon (5 grams) of ashwagandha powder diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice or in a compote every day.
Composition:
100% ashwagandha powder(Withania somnifera) organic.
Sans gluten.
Precautions for use :
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, i.e. 5 g per day. Not recommended in case of intestinal disorders, hyperthyroidism, hemochromatosis, pregnancy and breastfeeding. In case of treatment with chemical antidepressants, it is preferable to consult the doctor (ashwagandha could interact with these drugs). Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.

J’ai acheter cette poudre pour un problème de cushing j’étais plutôt sceptique mais je vous assure l’effet c’est fait ressentir au bout de 10jrs j’étais beaucoup plus dégonflé et surtout sa m’a beaucoup aider pour le sommeil et notamment pour le stress, je conseille vivement cette poudre là elle est top!!

Produit très intéressant. A prendre le matin à jeun avec jus d'oranges avant une randonnée, au top.
Je le test depuis quelques jours. Vraiment bénéfique et apaisant.
Très bien avec une expédition très rapide. Par contre j'aurai souhaité passer en magasin pour la récupérer et découvrir le magasin, mais on ne m'a jamais répondu au téléphone.
