The antimicrobial preservative of the laboratory Centifolia is ideal for preserving home preparations with an aqueous base.
Recognized for its properties of conservation, Benzyl Alcohol is used to preserve the preparations having an aqueous phase (floral water, mineral water) by limiting the development of the micro organisms in order to preserve their organoleptic qualities (aspect, odor, texture).
Composition:
BENZYL ALCOHOL, DEHYDROACETIC ACID, AQUA.
Use
As a preservative, the recommended dosage is 0.2 to 1% of the total ingredients, i.e. 20 drops per 100ml.
The Benzyl Alcohol is added to the preparation when finished and cold. Stir well to homogenize.
